Privacy Policy
Last updated 19 October 2026.
This notice explains what happens to data when you read this page. It is short because the site does little: there is nothing to sign up for here, no form to fill in, and no account to create.
1. Who publishes this page
wolfwinnersau.com is an independent guide to Wolf Winner written for readers in Australia. We are not Wolf Winner, not Swervy International B.V., and not a gambling operator of any kind. The official casino site is www.wolfwinner.club and it has its own privacy policy, which this one does not replace. Write to us at office@wolfwinnersau.com.
2. What the site actually does
It publishes a review. You read it, and you may click a button that sends you to the operator. No part of the site asks you for a name, an address, a phone number, a payment detail or a document.
3. What the web server records
Like every web server, ours writes an access log. Each line holds the IP address the request came from, the date and time, the path requested, the HTTP status returned, the size of the response, the browser's user-agent string and the page you arrived from. We read that log for two reasons only: to find faults, and to see whether the site is being scraped or attacked.
4. Cookies and browser storage
This site sets no cookies of its own, and it writes nothing to localStorage or sessionStorage. Cloudflare sits in front of the site as a security and delivery layer, and Cloudflare may set its own operational cookies — the bot-management cookie is the usual one. Those belong to Cloudflare and are covered by Cloudflare's policy, not ours.
5. No analytics, no pixels
There is no Google Analytics on this page, no tag manager, no advertising pixel and no heatmap recorder. The page loads one script file, and all it does is handle the outbound click described next.
6. What happens when you click through to the casino
Buttons on this page do not link straight to the operator. Clicking one posts three values to our own server — which button it was, where that button sits in the page order, and the path of the page you were on. Our server then redirects your browser onward and attaches those three values to the destination address, so the operator's affiliate system can tell which page and which button produced the visit. Nothing about you personally travels with that click: no name, no email, no payment data, and no profile.
7. What we never collect
- Contact details — there is no form, no newsletter and no live chat on this site.
- Payment or identity documents — those only ever go to the operator, on the operator's own site.
- Behavioural profiles for advertising.
8. If the GDPR applies to you
Where European data protection law reaches you, our legal basis for keeping the access log is legitimate interest in running a secure site, under Article 6(1)(f). You may ask us what we hold about an IP address, ask for it to be corrected or erased, object to the processing, or ask for a copy. Send the request to office@wolfwinnersau.com and include the approximate date and time of your visit, otherwise a log line cannot be found.
9. If you are in Australia
The Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles frame how personal information is handled here. You may ask for access to information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Complaints come to us first, at office@wolfwinnersau.com; if our answer does not settle the matter, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner takes complaints directly.
10. If you are a California resident
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, so there is no opt-out link to offer. You may still ask what categories of information the access log holds and ask for deletion. The same address handles those requests.
11. How long anything is kept
Access logs rotate on the hosting server and are overwritten in the ordinary course of that rotation. Click values are not stored on our side at all: they are passed on in the redirect and then gone. We hold no database of readers.
12. Third parties, changes and complaints
Three outside parties touch a request: the hosting provider that runs the server, Cloudflare in front of it, and — only once you choose to click through — the operator's affiliate system. Pages we link to are not ours and their data practices are their own. When this notice changes we move the date at the top of the page; material changes are rewritten rather than quietly patched. Questions and complaints: office@wolfwinnersau.com.
